Kalycito showcased an open source position control demo at the Ethernet POWERLINK Standardization Group stall during the Embedded World 2015, which is one of world’s biggest trade fairs with focus on new products and innovations. The demo, based on a Cortex M4 processor from Analog Devices, provides axis synchronization with a cycle time of 250 μs. A commercially available Linux industrial PC serves as the master.
